Terms of Use

These terms apply to the llms.txt Generator operated by track by track GmbH, Schliemannstr. 23, 10437 Berlin, Germany, on www.llms-txt-generator.de and through its MCP server, including the "llms.txt Generator" plugin in ChatGPT. The German version is available at /agb.
1. The service
The service creates, validates and checks llms.txt files for websites. It is free of charge and requires no account. It is provided as is; features may change or be discontinued.
2. Acceptable use
- Only check websites you operate or are permitted to have checked.
- Do not use the service for bulk automated requests, to overload websites or to circumvent its rate limits.
- Do not submit unlawful content or personal information of others in llms.txt text.
The service reads publicly accessible pages only, honors robots.txt when used through the plugin and never logs in or bypasses access controls. It does not change anything on your website.
3. Results
Generated drafts and findings are suggestions. Review them before publishing. An llms.txt does not change search rankings, and the Lighthouse check is a structural test, not a ranking factor.
4. Third-party clients
When you use the service through ChatGPT or another client, that client's terms apply in addition, in ChatGPT the OpenAI Terms of Use.
5. Liability
track by track GmbH accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of generated llms.txt files. Liability for damages, in particular data loss, is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date shows the current version. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin. If this English version and the German version differ, the German version prevails.
